Clean lovely family run hotel with pleasant staff. Beautiful, perfect rooms provided with the beautiful view and 2 single beds plus beautifully fresh bed linen. A great selection of food for breakfast including coffee, tea, and cereals. Pretty building, exceptionally nice and magnificent location very close to the seafront of Barmouth's beautiful coastline as well as the clean, sandy beach. Simply no complaints whatsoever, relaxing stay...

What a very lovely stay, no complaints whatsoever. Well-maintained and lovely accommodation with IDEAL setting close to the seafront, Barmouth for the first time and the mountains. Savoury eggs and bacon in the morning.

Honestly no complaint. Fairly clean place & very helpful and extremely friendly staff. Cool room with take in the beautiful view, family 1 double, as example. Central location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Panorama Walk. And very close to The Seashell for two nights, the seafront of Barmouth's beautiful coastline and the coast.

My room was bright and spotless, with an electric kettle, central heating, and a TV set. The location was perfect for traveling around Barmouth, short walk to dog friendly beaches and train station, and Barmouth for the first time.

The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish, recommend. The venue was in a central location right by a beautiful area and Barmouth for the first time. Plus, we explored Old Barmouth within easy walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast was satisfactory, with a huge variety of food.
